Spinning
Spinning is a group cycling class, which helps to
strengthen the cardiovascular and endurance systems. There are five energy
zones that are explored, utilizing different heart rate zones that will
take you from aerobic to anaerobic and tasting your threshold!
A class that can be explored by all fitness levels, the ride is purely
your own and you can work at whatever pace you feel like on that day.
As your coach my focus is to motivate, inspire and challenge you to power
your body and mind to the next level, whether that is a long flat road
with high gears or a mountain climb. You will be empowered and you will
only know how to succeed.
Heart rate monitors are a bonus in this class, so you can truly see the
level that you are working at.
